A Tribute to Louise Lebow

Louise C. Lebow, the daughter of Norman and Lucille (Vonderhaar) Krull was born April 6, 1950 in Hebron, NE. She departed this life Saturday April 7, 2007 at her home in Lincoln, NE at the age of 57 years.

 

Louise grew up in Hebron and attended Sacred Heart Catholic School through the 8th grade. She graduated from Hebron High School with the class of 1968.

 

She married Stan Schiermeyer on May 25, 1968 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hebron NE. This union was blessed with the birth of 3 sons, Scott, Steven and James.

 

She lived in Fairbury, NE for 25 years, working at various jobs. In 1996 she furthered her education attending Southeast Community College and receiving her Licensed Practical Nursing degree. She then moved to Lincoln, NE, working at Legacy Assisted Living, and Lincoln Ambassador Nursing Home.

 

She Married Michael Lebow May 23, 2002 in Lincoln, NE at First Christian Of The Nazarene Church.

 

Louise loved animals, and to her there was no such thing as a stray. She belonged to the Coalition For Pet Protection, and she supported the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Nebraska. Her favorite pastimes were home decorating, helping family and friends, swimming, and spending time with her grandchildren.

 

Louise will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

 

Funeral services Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hebron, NE.
